Updated Themes etc

I've updated some themes to be more up-to-date and whatnot.

I've also started working on a newer version of the theme I use, including a much updated gtk3 theme.

It looks like this:

http://david.chalkskeletons.com/files/pics/ecru3.png

Themes are here:

https://github.com/mulberry/Ecru3

https://github.com/mulberry/Openbox-Ambiance-theme

https://github.com/mulberry/Elementary-Openbox-Theme

They are self explanatory.

The Ambiance theme really needs openbox from git to work properly but it will work fine (but lack different coloured buttons) on older versions.

Any questions might be better directed at twitter @david_barr

It's currently using a hacked up gtk2 theme, but I assume it will work with the gtk3 theme...

Elementary Openbox

Oh, I maintain an Openbox Elementary theme over at github if anyone cares, I try to keep it in line with the egtk theme on launchpad.

I'm not a huge elementary fan or anything, i just think it's a nice desktop that maybe people running openbox would like a theme for?

That is all.

Oh look a shiny new blog...

Oh great I have set up a new blog to ignore. The old blog is long gone now but as a slight bit of forward planning I tried to divide up the bits that people might have cared about (I guess openbox themes?). Hopefully any links to pipemenus from the openbox wiki should also work now...

Most things that I intend to ‘maintain’ I have moved over to github.

I don't have as much time or enthusiasm for themes I guess, but I have one or two larger 'desktop projects' (or whatever you might call it) on the go that I guess are a 'shell' like paradigms using existing applications, but obviously built around openbox :) it might look something like this or this or this or it might not. I guess the idea is that the layout is the same whether using gnome/xfce/lxde (or even the elusive doomed to fail exde). I dunno.

Anyway that is all, I am going to try and add more static pages to help navigate my web of files a little easier at http://david.chalkskeletons.com/
